DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column icons_position=”left”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1757041156995{margin-right: 25px !important;margin-left: 25px !important;}”] \nTUESDAYS\, 10 AM  \nTaylor Pavilion\, 500 Ocean Ave.\, Belmar \n  \nHealthy Steps is a therapeutic exercise and dance program rooted in solid principles of physical therapy.  Healthy Steps along with its Music Movement Program is intended to enhance wellness and promote quality of life. \nGinger Decker is a Certified Healthy Steps Instructor and Reiki Master practicing the Healing Arts since 2000. \nThe intent of this program is to help you thrive physically and emotionally.  Upbeat music will guide you through gentle movements. \n\nNo special ability is needed as these movements can be done while seated\nClasses are one hour in length\nBrief water breaks are provided\nWear loose comfortable clothing and clothes\n\n  \nHow you will benefit from this program: \n\nIncrease mobility and flexibility\nenhance energy level\nDecrease fatigue\nIncrease mood level\n\nEspecially beneficial for those with or recovering from: \n\nBreast Cancer or other forms of Cancer\nArthritis\nChronic Fatigue Syndrome\nMultiple Sclerosis\nParkinson’s\nOther chronic or debilitating diseases\n\nThis program is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
