Session 5: Yarn Stars

Students will create yarn stars.

Art educator Dawn Lisko will teach young crafters how to create beautiful yarn stars using simple materials and techniques. These colorful red, white, and blue decorations are perfect for celebrating America’s 250th!

This program welcomes ALL ability levels! Each activity can be adapted to suit individual needs and skill levels.

In our “Youth Art Appreciation Series,” children will:

• Create seasonal hands-on projects to take home for display.
• Experiment with different materials.
• Express themselves in a supportive, encouraging environment.
• Take home their own amazing crafts each month.
