What is Qigong?
Qigong is an ancient healing art that involves moving the body mind and spirit comfortably with the stillness of meditation. Practice can be fun warming up with mindful flowing movements. Graceful and energizing, you’ll leave a class feeling the whole body stretched, calm, and aligned. Qigong is effortless power
Qi (chi) is Life force energy and Gong is the mastering work of that life force.
The Belmar Public Library has arranged for Taylor Pavilion to be our poor weather backup location for Tai Chi!
There will no longer be be any need for Groups A & B.
The available space in Taylor Pavilion can accommodate a large number of participants so going forward Tai Chi will be OPEN FOR ALL regardless of weather conditions.
The procedure is simple: Good weather – Outdoors at the Library
Bad Weather – Indoors at Taylor Pavilion
Please continue to check back here every Thursday to confirm the planned location of Tai Chi.
This arrangement will continue Year round, so when the cold weather sets in Tai Chi will be held at Taylor Pavilion as scheduled, and returning to the Library lawn in the spring and summer when weather permits.
Thank you for your cooperation and participation. We look forward to providing the best possible experience to as many people as we can.
If you have any questions call the library or email us at email@example.com.
