This class provides modified low impact moves for older adults or those who prefer lower intensity workout while still incorporating many of the regular Zumba dance/fitness routines set to Latin and International Rhythms. This is an exhilarating class that strives to improve balance, strength, endurance, flexibility, and most importantly, the heart!
