DOPPELFLOTE – A Christmas Concert

Together, Melissa and Vince are “Doppelflöte,” specializing in flute and organ concerts that are not just heard, but are experienced. Since 1998 they have performed together in numerous communities in the Philadelphia region, and in 2022 made their international debut in both the Castle Church and Town Church of Wittenberg, Germany.
Teachers-at-heart, Melissa and Vince love to connect with their audience. Whether they explain the different flutes being played, describe the music itself, or build the Orgelkids kit (a real pipe organ assembled and played during the concert), they are committed to sharing a deeper understanding – and therefore a fuller enjoyment – of the music with the listener.
Be a part of the show by helping to assemble the Orgelkids Pipe Organ and playing it later in the show!
Join us for a magic evening of beautiful holiday and classical music performed by this amazing duo. From Christmas classics to modern classical compositions, Melissa and Vincent will take us on an uplifting and wondrous musical journey through the holidays!!!
