What is Qigong?
Qigong is an ancient healing art that involves moving the body mind and spirit comfortably with the stillness of meditation. Practice can be fun warming up with mindful flowing movements. Graceful and energizing, you’ll leave a class feeling the whole body stretched, calm, and aligned. Qigong is effortless power
Qi (chi) is Life force energy and Gong is the mastering work of that life force.
